What are the Terms and Conditions for Poker3?
You can find them here
-
How can I be sure the cards are random?
Our RNG is certified and audited by Technical Systems Testing Global. If you have any questions about their testing and auditing processes, please go to www.tstglobal.com
-
I can't use the Poker3 software, what am I doing wrong?
Please be sure that your machine meets the minimum system requirements found here and follow the step by step instructions on the same page. If you have done so and are still having problems, please contact support@poker3.com and they will assist you with getting the software working on your machine.
-
Can I create more than one account? Can I let other people use my account?
Only one account is permissible per individual, and only the person that created the account can use it.
-
How can I retrieve or change my password?
Simply go here and follow the instructions.
-
How do I make sure my account is secure?
We take every precaution to ensure that our databases, systems and procedures are all secure. However, the security of your password is your responsibility. Poker3 will never request your password by email or Instant Message, so ensure that you do not provide your password to anyone.
In addition, make sure that you do not have any spyware on your machine and if you share a machine with other people, do not select the "remember password" option.
-
I believe I'm not receiving emails from Poker3
This will vary from email provider to email provider, but for starters please check that you have given us the correct email address and have a look in the spam folder of your email account to ensure that our mail is not ending up in there. If possible, also check your spam filter settings to make sure you are not blocking our mail entirely. Be sure to add the relevant @poker3.com email address to your allow list if you have one.
If you are still having problems, speak to your email provider and they may be able to assist you.
-
Can I view the software in a language other than English?
Initially the Poker3 software will only be available in English, but we may consider providing non-English language versions of the software in the future.
-
Do I need to speak English at the poker tables?
You do not need to speak English at the tables, however it is polite to do so when at a table with players who do not speak your own language.
In addition the same rules apply for non-English languages at the tables — you must be polite with the other players and behave yourself in a mature manner. Abuse, collusion and offensive behavior are not tolerated, regardless of language.
-
Will this software work on my Mac?
We do not officially support Mac's as there are a number of technical hurdles involving Flash. The client may still work on your machine, but please note it will not be supported by Poker3, so you do so at your own risk.
-
Poker3 runs poorly on my laptop. What can I do to improve performance?
Laptops have power settings that can decrease performance while conserving battery power. In order to improve the performance of Poker3 on your laptop, go to your 'Control Panel' from your 'Start' menu and select 'Power Options'. From there, make sure your power setting is set to its Highest Performance.

Am I automatically folded if I disconnect in the middle of a hand?
If your connection drops out in the middle of a hand, you have 3 minutes to rejoin the table and complete the hand that was in play. If 3 minutes goes by and you have not rejoined the table the hand will be folded.
-
What do I do if the game I wanted to join is full?
Simply join a different table of the same type. In our software when a particular table type fills up, new tables with the same settings will be spawned immediately.
-
What is the minimum buy-in?
The minimum buy-in is the minimum amount you need to bring to a particular table in order to take a seat. The amount will vary from table to table and will be displayed when you try to take a seat.
-
What is "Rake" and how much rake do you take?
As you are playing against other players rather than the casino, a poker site takes a small percentage of each pot as a fee for providing the table. This small fee is called "Rake".
Poker3 has a no-flop, no-drop policy, so that if the flop is not seen, no rake is taken. You can find details of our rake structure here.
-
How do I know how much money is in the pot?
When you are in a hand, the amount of chips or cash in the pot is displayed numerically on the table. As chips or money are added to the pot, the number will change automatically.
-
Can I muck the winning hand?
You can muck your hand if you won without a showdown, or if during a showdown a better hand has already been revealed.
-
How do I check my hand histories?
To get the history of recent hands, click the "History" button in the lobby for the last 7 days or the "History" button on the poker table for the last 10 hands.
For earlier histories, contact support with the hand ID's and they will supply the history to you.
